Stupid Monday !

I believe I am not the only gooner feeling this way, but anyways life and football move on. I've heard enough read nuff blogs and news and stupid pundits like twichies son saying some Gallas is the signing of the season and all the stupid stuff but I've had enough of the torture and decided to move on.

Well I read Arseblog today and they have rightly highlighted the consistency of this team, no, I am not talking about the winning consistency but the consistency in showing the complacency while going 2-0 up or while playing smaller teams and this has been the case over the past 5 years.

Well I promised I will move on but you all can understand what state of mind I am in. Lets not think about the Sp*uds game till the next derby match against them, I believe we will beat them.

Now, what we gooners feel that Arsene should motivate his team and move on and focus on the match against the Portugese side Braga, really we have a bad memories of last season while playing in Portugal(Specially Fabianski). Lets just hope this team do enough and secure top spot in the group.

We still have the chance to move above Chelsea in the league, considering the rumours surrounding Ancelotti future and all the defensive problems they have but in the end its this team of ours have to decide s we can take advantage again if the opportunity arise or we will bottle it like we did against the tinies, only time will tell until then we all have to wait and hope.

That is it for today nothing new, apart from the ongoing war of words between Gallas and Nasri.
I think they both should shut up and move on.

When was the last time we BEAT OURSELVES ?

After last night I did not talk with anyone I think all the gooner's should know why. Last night defeat against the tinies brought back the memories of Wigan away game last season, but on further analysis I realised that this defeat against the tinies was not because of them being any better than us. But what I felt was that we gifted them those three goals they scored. In the entire 90 mins I cannot remember one clear opportunity that they created or troubled our keeper or opened our defence inside out that was not the case here. Infact we gave them the 3 goals and 3 points on a silver plate.

Lets just look at the way that they have scored. First goal was actually created by a header won by Defoe probably the smallest player on the pitch and then the ball was chested down by Van der Wart and he was not challenged by Sagna, he then flicked it to Gareth Bale but our very own Denilson decided to just stop and admire.

The second goal free fick at the edge of the box, well ok that was not a free kick but we have to do our basic right while defending a free kick, Fabregas have got away with such handball on previous occasion but not this time, how can you raise your hand and not expect a penalty when clearly that free kick was going nowhere instead Chamakh would have got it with his head but still Cesc thought it is wise to put his hand up, the second gift for the tinies.

What more can I say about the third goal they stole atleast 10 to 15 yards on the freekick, but still we have got to defend and again the basic was not right while defending the freekick. why was RVP marking Kaboul, he is not the greatest in heading a ball, why wasnt a defender marking him, we all know he is good in air.

I feel so tired now really but don't even think for a second that the tinies are even close to Arsenal as the British media would suggest for the entire season now. We are far better than the best in England but the only reason why we are failing at the crucial time is because we do not have a proven winner, a leader in our team, We needed a leader on the pitch when the tinies scored the first goal. I don't know how Arsene is going to motivate them but all I can say to all the Arsenal fans is that we will still come good at the end of the season. You call me optimistic but that's what I am like when I talk about Arsenal.

Barca, F**K YOU,

Hello Gooners,

Barca F**k You, I heard someone put up a banner behind the goal, I did not see the banner but I enjoyed it just with the thought of it, I will not be a bit surprised if someone put up the banner when we play Blackpool for the first home game of the season. To tell you the truth I will love it and this should give a clear indication to everyone what Arsenal think about Barca and their Cunts.

Wenger said it's all over regarding Cesc transfer, but Some stinking asshole named Puyol, yes the same one who look like a jungle book character Mowgli, every time he opens his mouth he stinks so bad I start to puke at my place back here in India, now you can imagine what kind of a stinking bastard he is. And on top of it he is talking about class he says
"I think Arsenal need to respect his class and show the same class by giving the guy who has given so much to them the move that he and his family want".

F**k you A**hole.

Now a very sad news has been circling the Arsenal blogosphere that Eduardo is on the verge of signing for Ukranian side Shahkthar. Its a good thing for Eduardo I feel, he should regain his confidence in a lesser physical league. But it I will be very sad, how a brilliant player almost lost his leg by some thug(not that kinda guy) Taylor. And never regained the same form which was expected of him. When Eduardo really started scoring some goals for Arsenal it was clear how good a finisher he is and when he scored that goal against Man City with a control on his chest and then a left footed finish I heard the commentator saying "is there any other better finisher in the premier league right now than Eduardo" that made me feel proud and I thought we have a striker who can score goals out of anything.

I will be happy for Eduardo, he is a real gem of a player and a nice human being from what I've heard, so if he leaves good for his career. We all can only hope that Ramsey do not face the same problem as Eduardo had in the last season. So all the best Dudu if u leave Arsenal.

Its feels like its been a long time since the Barnet match, cannot really wait for the next match.
All right then thats it for today see you all tomorrow.
Till then. have a good one Gooners.

Robin Van Persie Indirectly taunts Holland Midfielder's.

Hello Gooners.

RVP has come out and explained the importance of Cesc Fabregas which all Arsenal fans know, that if we have to win anything this season he is very important to the club.

Robin said : 'It is vital for a striker to have a midfielder behind you who is looking for you when he has the ball. In fact, it can make the difference between winning the World Cup or not.

'At Arsenal, I have that connection with Fabregas. When I play with Cesc behind me, it is pure magic. He has an incredibly quick mind. He is always thinking three steps ahead.'

It's clear what he is trying to say, he never had the same support with Sneijder and Robben with Netherlands at the WC 2010 finals. Because they both never seem to pass to RVP when he is in a good position instead they go for glory themselves. This explains RVP's poor WC performance, he was completely let down by Netherlands midfield players. He is frustrated with it but for some reason he cannot say it directly. This one sentence sums up his frustration "it can make the difference between winning the world cup or not".

Lets hope he channel his world cup frustration in the right direction with Arsenal and win some trophies with us and stay fit for this new season. I may be wrong in this assessment of RVP's statement but this is what I felt when I heard those. I saw all of Netherlands matches in the WC finals and it was pretty obvious why Robin was frustrated.

About yesterday match with Barnet I will not be giving away any review about the match all I can say it was a good start game, First half was fun to watch. All I can say about last night match was Frimpong was the star of the show for me. He was everywhere making tackles, running in to the box, interception etc etc. In short he was brilliant in the first half in which he played and thats the reason why the first half was fun to watch because Arsenal were in complete control of the game.

Anxiously waiting for the next friendly match. Six players will be joining the training on monday with Arsene who all had a week extended holidays because of the world cup participation.

Alright Gooners that is it for today see you all tomorrow

Till then, have a good one.

Love it or hate it. This is where we will start for a long time.

Hello Gooners.

How many of you like to go to under hill?
Some does, some does not and there are some who don't care as long it is Arsenal.

There are few who made the squad and there are few who did not. Randall, Hoyte, Watt are the notable absentees. Randall I really think this is curtain to his Arsenal career, but Hoyte and Watt they are good players who could have become even better but its at Arsenal or somewhere else remains to be seen. I am looking forward to watch Miguel and Nordveit, they both had good loan spell, definitely they both are long way from the first team. But very few Arsenal fan would be interested in these young players. Majority of them would be looking forward to watch our new signings in Chamakh and Laurient play. Barnet is definitely not the kind of game on which we can judge them, how will they perform week in week out in the premier league. But we can see their ability in the air, heading and stuff like that, most of us know how good Chamakh is when it comes to heading the ball even I have seen him play in couple of champions league game, I was really impressed by his overall play. I am looking forward to see Koschielny play since he is relatively unknown to almost all the Arsenal fans.

Then there are other young players like our very own Wilshere who was a stand out performer in last year's pre-season matches, would he stay would he go we don't know about that. Then there is JET and Lansbury who many believe will definitely make it to the first team. There's also Eastmond, these are the young players who are very well known among the Arsenal faithful.

But the point is who all will make it to Austria with the first team, some say this match will decide who will go to Austria but really I don't see it that way. Arsene would have seen all the players in training and made up his mind who all will go, he might not be sure about few so he might see this game as the decider for those few. But rest of the Squad for Austria is probably written down somewhere in his head.

There is no point going into detail about this match, its just good to see Arsenal play again, match is being shown on Arsenal TV Online. Congratulation to those who won the Arsenal TV Online subscription for this match.
Have a great day Gooners. Enjoy the match.

Stop Worrying About Dogba......

Hello Gooners,
Sorry for the long absence,

Song and Eboue both are back, yes, its a good news. So be happy about it considering how Colin Lewin patients are increasing at a rate of one midfielder per game. I feel Denilson has not completed recovered from his injury. Don't be surprised if Eboue start against Villa considering he hasn't played for his Country after getting himself red carded.

And yes I was talking about Drogba. Almost every Arsenal blog is highlighting the return of Dogba before Arsenal match. Yes I know, that cheating A**hole has been troubling Arsenal for past couple of years and it seems that everytime he plays we tend to end up on the loosing side. But that stats should not let us intimidate us.

I genuinely feel that we are winning the league this season and even if we lose against Chelsea we will still go on to win the League this season. So people stop worrying about that animal and get behind the team.

And yes please don't mention about the FA cup defeat. Arsene is not to be blamed considering the number of injuries we have at the moment. So please stop moaning.

If you want to be petty in life you look at what others do. If you want to be big in life you look at your own performance - Wenger

if you want to be petty in life you look at what others do. If you want to be big in life you look at your own performance.- Arsene Wenger.

Great quote isn't it, Well Wenger don't care how much Scums score. WHY? Well he knows they are always going to finish below Arsenal no matter how many they score.

About tonight match against Liege, remember them alomost defeated us on match day one, when they scored 2 goals inside five min, what a match that was?

Well they are here again. But seriously I cannot see them scoring 2 goals tonight, I want Arsenal to score 10 tonight I know every Arsenal would want our team to score 10 today, But anyways that a different case.

What I am looking forward for tonight is who will start and who will be on the bench?

Three players I personally want to see on the starting line up are Denilson, Arshavin/Rosicky and Eduardo. Denilson because I feel he is good if not spectacular in the three men midfield, because he is more defensive minded and that helps Song in holding role and Cesc in attacking upfront with the front three in 4-3-3 formation. Eduardo, because as I explained in my previous post he will need couple of games to adjust to central striker role, trust me if he given more games he will score more goals than Van Persie( I know many fans won't agree with me on this) but he will. Arshavin may start ahead of Rosicky or Nasri.

So my starting line up will be somewhat like this.

Almunia

Eboue Gallas Vermaelen Gibbs

Song

Cesc Denilson

Rosicky Eduardo Arshavin

and my prediction is 4-1 may be. LET ME KNOW UR LINE UP AND PREDICTION

We knew it already Arsene !

Breaking news, Arsene revealed today that he will be playing his young guns in the quater finals of the Carling cup, no matter who the team is playing against. He says he will put on the team who will win, well that nice.

I will to true here, if Arsene is saying the truth then the possibility of Arsenal beating Citeh is quite less, but as we all know this kids are more than capable of causing an upset and we all know that Hughes will be playing his strongest possible team.

If our young guns beat Citeh I will be getting a treat in a 5-star hotel, why? Coz one of my stupid Manure friend think Citeh will thrash our kids, and as usual we decided to bet against it. So if Arsenal win then I win a dinner in a nice 5-star hotel. So go you young gunners.

Well lets just move on, Now the news is Arsene is trying to attract an Israeli youth from Barca, Finally some news about a player transfer from Barca to Arsenal, I was actually kinda bored by Cesc to Barca stories, so this new rumour is nice for a change.

NINE MORE DAYS TO GO FOR THE INTERNATIONALS.

Arsene Who?

This was same question I asked when I heard about his appointment as the new Arsenal manager, and this was same question which was the headline of every British newspaper. How time passess so quickly I can still remember the day when I saw a skinny man with huge glasses on, standing with the the Arsenal scarf held high, never would I imagined that this will the man who will change the face of the Arsenal football club forever, His presence not only changed Arsenal but also the English football which was so direct and physical with a kind of style and elegance so pleasing to the eyes.

Well every Arsenal blog writer(Except for Myles Palmer) would have praised him for that, So I won't write much about his achievement and how he turned the club fortune,
All I wish for is he stays for many more years.

Thank you Arsene for showing the world how beautiful Football is.

More on Sunday match to follow.

King Kolo - Must Be P**ed At Adebayor

Well the image above says it all, that he was certainly not happy with Ade- THE LYING CUNTS behaviour, he was quick to pick him up and he did not celebrate for any goals scored against Arsenal, he will be a legend for me I will always want him to do well against any team(except for Arsenal).

I hate people when they say that Kolo lost it when Sol left Arsenal and he also left for money, hell yeah he left for money no doubt but we have to ask ourselves was he in wenger's plan anymore. NO!, did he ever accused Arsenal or its fan for his departure NO! then why all this criticism for Kolo?

I know he passed his best, even when he was not at his best he gave everything he have, Kolo was know as the most commited person in training, what else can we say about him? no matter what people say about him, for me he will be among the best, along with the like of Henry, Adams, Dennis, if not above them.

We Arsenal fans are so hungry for silverware, so much negativity at Arsenal that we forgot that one of a legend has left us. I don't know what this post means, why I am writing it? does it make sense? I don't care, one thing I always wanted to share, that I was sad when Kolo left but even I was one of the fans who was so involved in failure of couple season that I forgot him. So this one is for you Kolo, always in our heart.

Apology To Wenger?

Arsene to receive apology, hell yeah he needs an apology for the ref behaviour

League Managers Association chief executive Richard Bevan has spoken to Hackett about the Old Trafford incident which saw Wenger sent to the stands by referee Mike Dean on the advice of fourth official Lee Probert.
On the decision to penalise Wenger, Bevan said: "Although correct in 'law', it was completely out of context in the game and it was followed by the nonsense which followed over where Arsene Wenger should sit."
Bevan has been told that Wenger will receive an apology from the Premier Game Match Officials Board which appoints officials to top-flight games in England.
The Gunners boss caught Probert's attention when he kicked an empty water bottle down the touchline following a disallowed goal for Arsenal.
There was then confusion as Wenger seemed unaware of where he was supposed to go - moving first to the back of Arsenal dugout then starting to walk down the touchline as the whistle was blown.
Bevan added: "I've spoken to Keith Hackett and he fully recognises the situation was an error and an apology will follow to Arsene Wenger.
"Lee Probert totally failed to manage the situation and created a needless pressure point taking the focus away from the pitch in a big event with only a minute to go."

I hope this silence some critics and show how incompetent Mike Dean was on the day.

Refree Was A Man U Fan And Was Absoulte Disgrace.

We lost the match, I am ready to accept the result, we were unlucky, but my post stress on how ref was biased, who was the ref?
Mike Dean, remember the name, he have a record for awarding penalty in favour of ManUsa. No other ref has awarded more penalty to ManUsa than Mike Dean, the figure is a penalty approximately every single match. Need I say more, people I am happy, really very happy, like Wenger said our team is good enough, now I really feel our team is good enough to cope this season, If any team have to beat Arsenal they have to be lucky otherwise they cannot beat us playing football.

We were the better team throughout the match, Vermaelen is Fantastic, he proved it again. Its not doom and gloom its only the third game of the season and we still have a game in hand. but what is still interesting for me is british media is not talking about the penalty decision that was not given, Mike Dean could not have been better placed to award a penalty for a foul on Arshavin by Fletcher, let us assume he did not bring down Arshavin but wasn't that a hand ball by Fletcher?, and the most interesting fact of the match Fletcher was not booked, If you see the match again and Fletcher performance, he should be booked on more than four or five occasion, but he was not booked and that's the reason why he was throwing himself at everything possible committing foul after foul, had he been booked once he would not have dared to throw himself around the park.

On the other hand, Song was booked for the first foul he committed, Almunia was booked because he touched a player who was already going down, I have no defence for Eboue dive, Van Persie and Sagna booking were a joke, how many times we see Rooney and Scholes raise their arm in anger when ref give the wrong decision, Sagna was booked because he raised his arm when ref was wrong to give ManUsa a throw in. That's sums it up to how biased ref was towards ManUsa, I am not saying we lost because of the ref, We lost simply because we were unlucky on the night.

Now on Diaby own goal, Diaby was good on the night, take nothing away from him, he was strong winning tackles, was not giving the ball away, his dribbling was better but one moment of madness i should say or lack of concentration or over-confidence, it can be any one of the three reason for his own goal, either he lost his concentration or he was too over confident and was trying to head the ball back to Almunia because it seems that way that he was heading the ball towards goal, I don't know what it was but I should say, we should take positives from the game, and the season is still very young. And Wenger sending off was a joke for the last 30 seconds of the match, And I was gutted when ManUsa fan were booing Eduardo. I think they forgot they have a history of diver's.

Let me know what you think,
P.S. do not abuse or post a racist comment.

In Defence Of Eduardo.

Fabregas out for ManUsa clash, which is a big blow for Arsenal as he failed to shrug of his Hamstring injury and for this I blame you Mr Wenger(most of the fan would agree with me), but thats in the past now we have to look forward, Since Cesc is not available we will be playing Diaby(I think) in his place and Ramsey is also injured.

It will be tough against ManU, this will be a real test for our new boy Vermaelen, Rooney will be a real test for him, lets all hope he pass with flying colours,

Now to the debate of the century. Eduardo is the only diver the world of football has seen, he has been diving all these years but was only noticed against Celtic, he even dived when Taylor broke his leg(F*** U Taylor), Gerard, Rooney, Drogba, Ronaldivedo etc etc are players he should need to learn from, that how to play good football without cheating.

Now I am feeling much better, I took out all my frustration in the above paragraph, now for some serious stuff, UEFA acting like a group of Muppet's here, they are charging Eduardo for something which had no outcome on the result and like Arsene said "they are opening a very dangerous door". Hell yeah! they are.

That means every decision a manager feels was incorrect will be challenged by the club and UEFA have to take action against it, if the law that UEFA has charged Eduardo with is it Applicable only in the Penalty box or anywhere near the box where a free kick can result in a goal or anywhere on the field. They have to clearly mention this what the law exactly say, and if this is the case why Ryan Babel was not charged when he fell in the Penalty box which eventually kicked Arsenal out of the CL and was mroe crucial than in DUDU case, and what about Dirk Kuyt when he pulled Hleb inside the box and no penalty was given, shouldn't these players be charged.

I don't know what problem they have with Arsenal in Particular but I completely agree with Arsene in defence of DUDU and I think all fan should. If this is law for everyone than I am cool with it but the way Eduardo has been singled out as if that Penalty won us the Champions League is just not acceptable.

Let me know what you all think

Till then........

Injury Update and Transfer's

Finally it has been revealed that Cesc will be available for selection against ManU this weekend thats a good news I should say considering that he could have missed for 3 weeks, along with that rumours are that "little Mozart" yes you are right Tomas Rosicky has been training and could be in contention for ManU game. He can be included in the squad at the weekend if our manger is to be believed. That's a positive news.

'Cesc's scan was quite reassuring,' revealed Wenger.
'He has no muscular strain, but it will take a few days to settle down. There is a chance he will be fit for Old Trafford.'
The Arsenal manager continued: 'I rest players who I feel need a rest without considering the game after.
'My target is to win tomorrow's game, it's a massive game for us and after that we will see what we do for the weekend.
'It is not job done, it is job to do, to finish. That is how I approach it.
'Celtic have no choice - they will have to come out and have a go at us.
'We will be faithful to our tactical approach and will try to put them under pressure, play very high up and try to win the game.'

Wenger insists there will be no sense of complacency tomorrow night, even though the odds are stacked against the Scottish side.

'We know there is so much at stake for us. I do not think we are in danger of easing off at all,' he said.
'We know how quickly football can change and that makes it interesting as well.'

The Gunners boss insisted: 'For the success of our season, to be strong at the Emirates is vital.
'Any time you show any weakness at home, it can have big consequences for the rest of the season.'

Well its obvious home game is where one team have to win maximum points. If stats are to be believed ManU won the last 3 title because of excellent home record.
If Arsenal are to win the title this season we have to win 90 percent of the points at home.

Boss is not worried about Cesc absence as he clearly believe that Ramsey can step into Cesc position, this is what Arsene has to say about him.

'It is another chance for Ramsey. It is a big season for him.
'However, do not forget he is only 18.
'I believe his target for this year, I told him before the season, is between 15 and 20 games.
'The way he is developing, he could get that.
It won't surprise me if we all see Ramsey name in the starting line up.

Regarding transfer rumours we are nowhere near signing anyone confirmed Arsene, I hope he don't forget that there is hardly a week left in the transfer market to close.

Celtic tomorrow.
Match preview and Team news to follow

Complacency...................Arshavin

Good morning everyone, not much happening on tuesday like monday but yes, Liverpool lost to Villa last night 3-1, lets see how the media write about Liverpool couple of early defeats compare to what happened with Arsenal last season, Lets not get into that toipc

Arsenal are fantastic at the moment and Arsene rightly asked his lads to not to be complacent, and concentrate on Tomorrow night Celtic game,"We experienced a very physical game over there. We know the job has to be finished, but we are still in a strong position. The result will be determined by the way we play the second leg." We should qualify for the group stages of the champions league.

Arshavin has been speaking as to why he left Russia even though he was earning a lot more compare to Arsenal
Arshavin said
"I wanted to see what real football looks like. I wanted to see what the game is like when you play for a world-class team and play only on world-class surfaces and meet only star players every week - as opposed to having to travel to play at half-demolished stadiums, sometimes with artificial pitches, where the result of your game can depend on what the referee is feeling like that particular day.

"I'd won pretty much everything in Russia and if I'd stayed it would have been known that Andrey Arshavin was a very good player for Russian football, but he was not required anywhere else in Europe. When I go back I want people to say, 'Yes, there are good footballers in Russia'.".

And he is more interested in Champions league more than premier league
He added: "I want to win the Champions League, I'd prefer that to the Premier League."

So do we Andrei, and this shows how competitive Arshavin is, for him money is not everything. I remember the day he came to London on a snowy day to complete his transfer some newspaper said he is being greedy and becuase of his personal terms the transfer was delayed. I can't see any truth in this.

No Cesc for Celtic match lets hope he should be back to face ManU.

More to follow.

Arsenal can win the champions league

Another quiet Monday, god i so hate Monday but that's another issue

Diaby is talking these days, people he played well against Portsmouth, well we all know how talented he is, but we also know how frustrating he can be sometimes, and the biggest problem with him is, he is far too inconsistent and get injured too often, but if he stay's fit and play like he did against Portsmouth week in week out. He will be a great asset to the club

This season he has set himself few targets like staying fit(most important), making the squad for next year world cup(first make a place at Arsenal) and winning trophies.

He sounded very optimistic about Arsenal chances this season.
The 23-year-old said: "It was my first full game because I'd had a few injuries in pre-season. So to score two goals and have the team winning was a very good day for me.

"It's given us a lot of confidence. We have some big games coming up in the future and we have to be ready.

"I feel we can definitely challenge everyone this season. We are ready to fight and to get something this year."

"We talk about winning the Champions League, of course. Arsenal is a big club and as a player you want to win that trophy so it's in our mind.”

Waiting news on Cesc Injury will keep you all updated

comments and suggestions are welcome

Another match Another injury & more

Another match another injury, and this time its our captain FAB. I don't understand why Arsene has to play him if he was already carrying a knock, even our Carling cup kids could have beaten Pompey. Then why Arsene have to take a risk, how serious is his injury? we will come to know tomorrow. We need Cesc, may be not for Celtic in midweek but for ManU away we need him for this particular fixture.

I believe Celtic tie is all done and dusted, playing another 90 min is just a formality now, We all know Celtic will be trying to attack us from the word go that's where they will fall victim to Arsenal counter attack. I can't see Celtic scoring a goal at Emirates let alone win the tie.

My major worry is who will play in Cesc place if he is not fit, diaby (no) he cannot be a playmaker, Ramsey (no) not there yet. Only name that comes to my mind is Arshavin right now I feel he can do it but I am pretty sure Wenger will play him on the left, so that's a major concern if Cesc is unfit for saturday.

News of the world says that Arsenal has open contract negotiation with Cesc. Well I can't see any truth in this story, anyway NOTW is shit.

Moving forward to Arshavin, according to him its time Arsene need to strengthen the team, the Russian feel that the sqaud lacks depth, but Wenger has already said that he will be buying a defensive player and personally I think that is what is required right now, to make this squad a genuine title contenders, but our current squad is good, CB is the only position that worries me because we do not have sufficient back up at CB position, in case if Billy G and Verminator get injured.

That's it for now, will keep you updated on Cesc injury and hoping for the same atmosphere as against Pompey, at the CL return leg at Emirates against Celtic.

Let me know what do you think.

Prediction/Team News/Preview - Arsenal v Portsmouth

Premier league is back and we are already a game behind. Like Wenger said "we don't want to play catch up with anyone". I really feel that Arsenal should score early because we all know that Paul hart has Already parked his bus in front of Arsenal goal so more time we take to break portsmouth defence more likely it is for our player to get frustrated and make mistake by over committing themself,

Now for some team news, Wenger finally said it, that Vela is carrying an ankle injury and it will take some time to recover.
Eduardo is fit to face Portsmouth on Saturday, having recovered from a groin problem which ruled him out of the Champions League qualifier against Celtic. Well I believe that Eduardo will start this match and let's hope he don't get injured again till the end of the season.

Theo Walcott (back), however, has once again been ruled out. Arsene is right to criticise England U21 coach and Capello for including Walcott in the U21 championship. He warned them about the consequences.

Lukasz Fabianski (knee),Tomas Rosicky (hamstring),Samir Nasri (broken leg) and Johan Djourou (knee) all continue their rehabilitation. Wish them all a speedy recovery.

Portsmouth travel without midfielder Papa Bouba Diop, who faces a possible three to six weeks on the sidelines with a hamstring injury.

The Senegal international is set to undergo a scan to confirm the extent of the problem, but he will definitely sit out the clash at the Emirates Stadium.

Manager Paul Hart remains without Herman Hreidarsson and Steve Finnan, who are also suffering with hamstring problems and are at least two weeks away from returning.

Arsenal Team news:
