SIR BOBBY ROBSON (1933-2009)

He lost the battle with cancer and passed away at the age of 76.

He will be best remembered for leading England to 1990 world cup semi-final.

He has managed clubs like Fulham, Ipswich and Newcastle(where he ended his career as a manager) . At Ipswich he won F.A Cup and UEFA Cup

He had a spell at PSV Eindhoven, Sporting Lisbon, FC Porto and Barcelona.

We send our condolence to his family as we lost a footballing legend

We Won't Panic Buy - Wenger

Well most of the website are saying Wenger will not buy anyone. But this is not exactly what Wenger said

He said,

“I feel we are strong enough but if we can add then we will do it,” he said.

“In England people think that all the problems can be sorted out by buying players.

“I believe the biggest target is to work hard in training, improve what we can improve and have confidence in the players that we have.

“If we need to add then we will. We have money available so for us it is now [important] to spend it in the right way when we do it or if we do it.

“But unfortunately I cannot tell you that we are close to signing anyone at the moment.”

Now I cannot really say what will be his next move in the market but he seems pretty satisfied with the squad he have. He knows what is needed in the team to make it stronger but any new signing of a good player will surely help the squad but lets wait to see what will be his next move.

Kolo Fly Back To England!

Kolo was allowed to leave the training camp in Hungary and he flew back to negotiate personal terms with City according to Daily star.

Well, it seems that he is finally going to leave Arsenal. I will be sad to see him leave as I mentioned in my previous post, but 15 million for a defender who is not in a kind of form or a kind of defender he used to be before the ACN. Not a bad business from Wenger I don't know whether he will replace him or not.

Certainly he is not the best defender in the team anymore and the money we are getting for him is very unreal for a defender of his age. Now since the deal is almost certain to go through for me and many gooners like me, it is a very sad day, not because the club is selling Kolo, it will be sad because another legend is leaving us, a legend who gave us the best years of his career and was always there like a rock and a legend whose loyalty to the club could never be questioned, a legend who played with heart, dedication and passion for the club.

All I can say is "thank you Kolo for giving us so many wonderful moments you will always be remembered"

I expect him to get the same kind of reception as Bobby Pires, when he visited grove with Villareal.

For Bloggers Who Think Wenger Is Smug !

Well

After reading the topic of this post most of the people will be thinking, why do I have to write about keeping the faith in Wenger?

The fact is, what AW has done with Arsenal no manager in the world can do it. And the reason I am writing this post is because of couple of blogger. I have been reading their blog and to be true I feel they are Sp*ds fans. Since past few weeks they have been writing about Arsenal transfer news and who they think Wenger should sign and abusing our manager, here I am assuming that they are very experienced blogger who knows everything about transfer dealing and the budget we have and they think that Wenger don't want to spend because he is a Smug, arrogant and and .....ya stubborn.

Now one thing I don't understand why do these bloggers think that Wenger have money but he don't want to spend it, why?. OK I agree he sold Ade-a-bye-whore we got some cash available, do we really know that he will be given the entire 25 million to spend, we don't know. But what we all know is that this new stadium has put Arsenal under loads of dept and because of this dept we are selling players every year and we Ignore this part of the business. What is Arsene suppose to do?, he has very less transfer budget he cannot buy a world class player but he still did buy world class players in the form of youth and still continue to be the top four team in the league and I don't think any manager not even Sir Alex can do it. Every team in the top ten last season spent more money than us to be where we are but they did not get into the top four.

Wenger had a fantastic offer in terms of his personal wealth but he rejected to join Madrid because he loves Arsenal. He loves Arsenal like I do, Like you do, Like every other Arsenal fan. Last season no one not even me was expecting Arsenal to make the top four, forget about winning any silverware but what happened, we reach semi final of CL and FA cup. People have to keep faith in Wenger because he know how to change things.

These stupid blogger called him smug just because they saw few you tube video of a player called Cana and were impressed and they thought that he is the guy who is right for Arsenal but Arsene did not sign him. Even Bentley look like a fantastic player in you tube. And every time some one is linked to Arsenal they post his you tube video and say yes he is the right guy for us. So to all those bloggers who write such shit. STFU.

Wenger Wants Kalou....Dudu in great form

Good Morning,

Today is my best friends birthday so we been partying last night was great fun, alright then more transfer news.

The rumours are that Wenger wants to sign Kalou from Chelsea, common Arsene you cannot be serious about this, well to be true Arsene has always liked Kalou. He even tried to sign him last season, if we can remember Scolari said that "Wenger wanted to sign Kalou and he spoke to me about him".

If if Wenger sign Kalou it would not surprise me because he was interested in him last summer.

Well lets see what happens but seriously i would prefer Klaas.J.Huntelaar.

But the good news is that Eduardo is in "electric form" in pre-season training according to an insider, this news was published in mirror today, well I hope its true because this guy is pure class and he can stay fit then I don't think anyone can take his first team place, lets all hope he stay fit for the entire season, so that he can fulfill his true potential.

And about Kalou, my personal opinion is that we should not sign him but Arsene knows better, if he want to sign him I hope he does well.

Toure To Join Man City...More On Eboue...

This cant be true well i hope not.

According to times online Kolo have agreed personal terms with Man City which is supposedly double of what he is getting at Arsenal.

I don't know how much truth is there in this story but if they are to believed Kolo Will be sold for 15 million, that wont be a bad business, but seeing Kolo's back I would be very sad if he leaves because he is one of very few players who play with dedication for the club not only for money like Ade-the-whore. He is a legend like Henry who will always have a positive things to say about Arsenal. He and Gallas are most important this season because we have young defender like Djourou, Song and now Vermaeleen who can learn a lot from both these players and I know many people will say Kolo is not the same anymore after that African cup.

I know his form did dipped after that but u cannot deny the fact that he is a top top defender at the end of last season he picked up very well and we never know after a good pre-season we can get a old Kolo back. If this is to happen then we all know how good a partnership Kolo and Gallas have. they showed it in 07/08 season before African cup. Who cares if they don't get along well as long as they are performing on the field. So lets hope he don't go to Citeh. I dont know what will be the CB pairing in the future but i would prefer Gallas and toure in big matches.

Now about another big player Eboue.

Fiorentina are desperately wanting to sign Eboue but I cannot see wenger letting him go because he is the only back up for right back position . And he is a very good squad player and most importantly he is the most popular guy in the dressing room, whenever Arsenal player talk about team mates they will always mention Eboue. To be true he is a nice lad and I still hate those who booed him at Emirates.

Well anyways lets not talk about those idiots

Vieira Moving To Spurs?

Where did this one come from?

Last night after the Wembley cup 2-2 draw with the Catalans, Harry Redknapp has been speaking about Patrick Vieira, as we all know he want to sign patrick from the from the begining of the transfer window. Many gooners laughed at this news, but Harry has spoken about this particular issue and if we believe him even Vieira wants to join spuds.

Imagine gunner legend playing for those Scums, that would be hard to take for many gooners and as we gooners are very good in booing our own player it would not surprise me if he will be booed at the grove by us, if he is joins them, which I hope not, certainly I wouldn't be one the booooo boys because for me he will always remain a legend, a legend who gave the best years of his career to us.

If we think logically, he have an option to play in France with champions league football and at the begining of the transfer window he himself told everyone if he move anywhere in europe it will for a top side in that particular league, so I cant understand why he would want to join Tottenham, they are not even into Europa league forget about champions league.

We dont know what will happen in the future but we can hope he join one of the top club in France as he has option there but not spuds please.

Will Arsenal Sigh Huntelaar?

hello everyone,

This is my second post of the day usually I don't do that but I just read an interview of Harry Redknapp he clearly mentioned that they did tried to sign Huntelaar, they even had a meeting with Real representative but according to him his wage demands are too high for them.

Its assumed that he currently on 60K a week at Madrid so that means if he is to come to an english club he would be expecting something similar, but the biggest obstacle in this deal could be the shitty tax law in England, with all due respect to the country but this tax law seems to be unfair, like Arshavin clearly mentioned in his interview with SkySports that if they don't do anything about it there could be mass exodus of stars in premier league.

Its pretty obvious that no player would want a pay cut in their salary for a move to premier league that too when a player is in his prime, like Huntelaar, so if Arsenal have to buy him, they will have to make him one of the highest earner in the club with the likes of Cesc, Van Persie and Arshavin, which seems very unlikely since we all know how our club operates but all you can do is hope that we sign him.

Even if we don't sign him I think we are pretty good upfront with fully fit Eduardo, Walcott, Arshavin, Robin, Vela, Bendtner. Let me know where else do you think we should strengthen or squad and let stay positive even if we don't sign anymore player.

And a request to all the fan who come for home games at Emirates please cheer our player don't booooo them and get behind the team even if we are losing a match, let them know we are with the team, we have to stay positives, as I can see glory days are coming back to the Grove. Arsenal In For Hunter ?

To all the gooners.

Well, such a lovely morning unlike yesterday today I am on time to go to college I don't have much time to write this blog so I will keep it short. According to British daily Sun, Arsenal are in with a bid of 16.5 millions to sign Huntelaar from Real as the deal with Stuttgart collapse since Huntelaar was not to keen to join them, he is more interested in joining a premier league side and according to reports only to clubs are interested in him, Arsenal and Tottescum. Usually Sun always start the rumours about our players and are the most unreliable source for Transfer news but I so hope that this news here is correct.

I cant imagine Hunter and Van persie together, this guy Huntelaar is a proven goal scorer, trust me he a kind of a striker we need considering the chances we create, though people will say he has that record in Dutch league which is nothing compared to Premier league but people in Spain as well he scored 6 goals in 12 start and some from the bench well if u ask me that's not a bad record considering in joined them in January.

Seriously, I cant believe Real want to let him go for such cut-price deal, if Benzema is worth 30 millions this guy is certainly more than him and I mean it I have a friend in France who is a Lyon fan and he believe Lyon is very happy to let him go for such a price, you can imagine.

In other news some guy called Adebayor has been talking and he is been mentioning about Arsenal and their fan.

Eduardo Injured? Cashley and more........

Its been raining a lot this morning and as usual I missed my college because i did'nt woke up on time but I am just on time to write this blog, enough of me lets talk about the mighty Arsenal

Boss says that Eduardo will be back in two month with Nasri and then all this news paper started exaggerating this news, "Eduardo injured again" can Arsenal rely on him blah! blah! blah!

After reading Wenger's commment even i felt what is wrong with out team ?

Now thank you all mighty Lord, Eduardo gave an interview to a Crotian news paper that he is absolutely fine he is not injured, he even explained about his pre-season plan like how many hours he is going to play etc etc.

Now, clearly Wenger wanted to say something else he said something else, common people he is French. Anyways the good news is DUDU is not injured and we are expecting him along with Tomas to start the season on a high note and bring us some silverware. Lets hope!

Now towards the less important news.

Guess who has been speaking about us? Ya Cashley Cole.

He wish that Citeh finish above Arsenal and take out of the top four, I just can't beleive it some people just cannot keep their mouth shut. I was not so happy when I heard the news that some punched David Bentley because I thought thats one step to far from any fan, but if someone would have punched this idiot Cashley I would have personally sent him a gift.

Senderos Out? Hangeland In!

I have been thinking of writing something interesting but nothing as yet, last night game was good we scored 7 against a lowere league team, good warm up for the lads I dont know why Eduardo was not playing will soon get more news on this, there are rumours that we are in for Hangeland.

Wenger has signalled the departure of Big Phil and if rumours are to be believed Fulham has offerred Zamora plus cash to Hull City for a central defender.

This signals the departure of Hangeland, as he has rejected the Fulham new offer of double your money contract and it is believed that Wenger will be offering senderos plus cash to Fulham for Hangeland but these are all rumours yet.

Just imagine if its true then who do you think should be the regular central back pairing week in week out for mighty Gunners. Hangeland is someone i liked throughout last season i would be more than happy if we sign him and he is a kind of tall commanding defender we are looking for.

Just i was asking everyone to pray that we dont get any other injured player we got a news that Samir Nasri has fractured his fibula during this morning training and it has been confirmed by Arsenal.com

"Samir Nasri has sustained a fractured fibula during this morning’s training session at the Club’s pre-season training camp in Austria.

The midfielder will be out of action for two to three months."

i cant beleive we haven't even started the season.

Why Arsene Is Upset About Adebayor Departure? And More

Finally Adebayor has joined city for 25 million pound. If u ask Arsenal fan they will say"good riddance".

But Arsene Wenger doesn't seem to be too happy with Manu leaving Arsenal.

we fans are somewhat responsible for his departure, he thinks he did not get the suport from us, he says he is a hardworking footballer.

Well boss thats the reason we loved Manu so much, We fans would have forgiven him for what he did during the Transfer season, had he shown the commitment, the desire to play for the club, like he did in 07/08 season.
